National Parks are seriously underfunded and in need of major repair. Some national parks, such as Yellowstone, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Glacier National Park, are seeing a dramatic rise in tourists and cannot keep up with the amount of visitors. These problems are causing the National Parks to have to make some tough choices about where their funding dollars are going. How do we reconcile the issues in federal funding to meet the needs of the National Parks? We are specifically focusing on Rocky Mountain National Park. |
